By adding these offensively-titled leaves into a beer, we created a refreshing brew that smells like Fruit Loops and tastes like spring. It has a light citrus flavor and it mingles with the hops to create a crisp brew that will have you collecting coins in the clouds.

Hear us out: Thai chilies, coconut, and lime leaves aren’t just for Thai coconut soup anymore. This spring boss takes your taste buds to a completely new level, and there, flying around while dressed as a raccoon in suspenders might just feel normal… Especially a raccoon in suspenders whose words require censoring. We’re pretty sure that’s a metaphor for adulting.

For once you won’t have to travel castle to castle to find your princess. Instead, try a glass of Princess, our Peach IPA, and even Bowser won’t be able to stop you. Sleepy Hollow’s Revenge – Pumpkin Ale (Fall Miniboss)

The town of Sleepy Hollow wouldn’t be so tired if they only had access to this beer. They’d want to stay up night after night enjoying this pumpkin pie in a glass. All natural and all autumn, over 50 lbs. of pumpkin are hand processed each year for the fall miniboss. And even if the headless horseman doesn’t, this brew certainly goes down easy.

The Mayan Chocolossus – Mayan Chocolate Imperial Stout (Winter Boss)
Special Ingredients: Honey, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Ancho Chilies, Cacao Nibs, Annatto
If you think you know Mayan chocolate beers, think again. Rich and chocolatey, you won’t be ready for the end of the world, or the end of the beer glass.
