Offensive Tanooki – Lime Leaf IPA (Spring Miniboss)

Special Ingredients: Lime Leaves

Mario may use leaves to grow a raccoon tail, but we think we found a better use for them. By adding these offensively-titled leaves into a beer, we created a refreshing brew that smells like Fruit Loops and tastes like spring. It has a light citrus flavor and it mingles with the hops to create a crisp brew that will have you collecting coins in the clouds.

Super Offensive Tanooki – Double Black ThaIPA (Spring Boss)

Special Ingredients: Thai Chilies, Coconut, Lime Leaves

Hear us out: Thai chilies, coconut, and lime leaves aren’t just for Thai coconut soup anymore. This spring boss takes your taste buds to a completely new level, and there, flying around while dressed as a raccoon in suspenders might just feel normal… Especially a raccoon in suspenders whose words require censoring. We’re pretty sure that’s a metaphor for adulting.

Princess – Peach IPA (Summer Miniboss)

Special Ingredients: Mosaic, Rakau, Columbus, Peach

For once you won’t have to travel castle to castle to find your princess. Instead, try a glass of Princess, our Peach IPA, and even Bowser won’t be able to stop you. With almost a pound of peach per gallon of beer, this 8 oz. glass of royalty will keep you refreshed, even when you have to warp down sewage tubes. But hey, we’re not judging. The hoppy finish and peachy after-taste will make your escapades through plumbing pipes all worthwhile.

The Hefe is a Lie – Imperial Hefeweizen/Wheat Wine (Summer Boss)

Special Ingredients: Various

Remember that one time when you killed the final boss, only for it to rebuild itself and snap you like a toothpick? Well, the Hefe is a Lie does, and every time you knock it down, it morphs into a new and unique boss, ready to take you on again. The original base always appears first and is ready to attack in all its forms. Be warned, it may seem sweet, but this high octane baddie prefers a sneaky approach, so do your damage while you can and never trust a boss!

Sleepy Hollow’s Revenge – Pumpkin Ale (Fall Miniboss)

Special Ingredients: Pumpkin, Ginger, Allspice, Cinnamon, Nutmeg

The town of Sleepy Hollow wouldn’t be so tired if they only had access to this beer. They’d want to stay up night after night enjoying this pumpkin pie in a glass.  All natural and all autumn, over 50 lbs. of pumpkin are hand processed each year for the fall miniboss. And even if the headless horseman doesn’t, this brew certainly goes down easy.

Ichabod Crane’s Nightmare – Chocolate Pumpkin Imperial Stout (Fall Boss)

Special Ingredients: Pumpkin, Cacao Nibs, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, Allspice

Who doesn’t love chocolate? Probably the same people who don’t love pumpkin. Well, the fall boss beer isn’t for them, or for Ichabod Crane. It’s terrifying after all. But it IS for people who love rich, dark imperial stouts. This isn’t your typical pumpkin beer – it has some bite, but you won’t regret taking it on! Unless you’re afraid of the headless horseman, that is…

Figgy Pudding – Stout (Winter Miniboss)

Special Ingredients: Figs, Cacao Nibs, Sweet Orange Peel, Cinnamon, Nutmeg

So bring us some figgy pudding, so bring us some figgy pudding, so bring us some figgy pudding, in the form of a beer! Really, who needs their desserts in cake form, when beer works just as well? You’ll be singing your way through the New Year after trying this stout, which is highlighted by flavors of chocolate and dark fruit.

The Mayan Chocolossus – Mayan Chocolate Imperial Stout (Winter Boss)

Special Ingredients: Honey, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Ancho Chilies, Cacao Nibs, Annatto

If you think you know Mayan chocolate beers, think again. Rich and chocolatey, you won’t be ready for the end of the world, or the end of the beer glass. Warriors (the hop kind) are sacrificed to make this behemoth of a brew, and each ingredient is sourced as close to Mayan standards as modern production allows. The annatto may not dye your mouth red to strike fear into the hearts of your enemies, but this complex boss will have you begging to remain in its shadow.
